Unusual Cameras
I found a really cool, rather informal article about unusual cameras on popphoto.com. Within the article are embedded videos and picture to illustrate some of the very creative ways that people have turned very common objects into cameras. It's very interesting to look at!

Etienne-Jules Marey, an early chronophotographer and contemporary of Eadweard Muybridge (who took the first photographs that documented a horse's gallop), developed a rifle that took photos, too. It didn't shoot bullets, though. (Yikes!) See here:
