Altaf Qadri

Although I have never heard of this Associated Press photographer, I found the message and subject very interesting. In India, a combination of over populated school and neighborhood poverty, has caused some children to not be educated in the best conditions. Qadri has discovered a FREE schooling unit that meets under a bridge to teach the subjects they may be missing in a normal class.

When looking at these photos, I get  a familiar feeling that occurred when looking at Lewis Hines' photos of unfair child labor. They are both bringing an issue that needs resolution to the forefront. Although these are press photos, I feel like they are very impactful and clearly enhance the message.
