The photographer of this photo is unknown, but I really liked the grungy, worn look of it. My name is Kaylie and I am a senior studying Photography. My artistic focus is on deeper, more personal subjects and I do a lot of self portraiture. There's not much for me to say about myself, but for the first time I am living off campus and it's great! I'm planning on graduating this year and from there plan on moving in with my boyfriend.
This photograph is interesting. Although you said the photographer of this is unknown it reminds me a lot of the work of Robert and Shana ParkeHarrison, a husband and wife team that create elaborate sculptures for their photographs in "Architects Brother." http://www.parkeharrison.com/architect-s-brother

DeleteI like the sort of smokey texture around the center of the image. That makes me wonder if it was intentional or if that was sort of developed over time with the wear and tear of the physical photograph. There is definitely a lot of mystery in this photo.
